Welcome to QualiVex. These terms govern your use of services, info products, and goods offered at qualivex.digital. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

Services means professional qualification upgrade programs delivered online or in person.

Info Products means digital learning materials such as courses, guides, and multimedia content.

Goods means physical items such as printed materials and merchandise.

3. Scope

These terms apply to all orders for services, info products, and goods from QualiVex.

4. Ordering and Payment

All amounts are due before commencement of any service or delivery of any product. We accept major bank cards and bank transfer. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information.

5. Schedule Changes and Transfers

For services, you may request a transfer to another session at least 7 days before the original start date. All transfer requests are subject to availability.

6. Extended Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If QualiVex cancels a service, you will receive a full refund using the original payment method within 14 days. If you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, you may transfer to a future session. No refunds are offered after the start date, as resources and time are allocated in advance.

6.2 Info Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than 10 percent of the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. After access exceeds this threshold or after 14 days, no refunds are available.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. To return, send the item to our address. You are responsible for return shipping. QualiVex will issue a refund for the item cost within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

QualiVex shall not be liable for any indirect or special damage arising out of these terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will post at qualivex.digital.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
